i am Adopted child!!!

i am my self an adopted child.!!!
right now i am 23years old , when i was 15years old i had been adopted by one of the us citizen, they are my relative only as all procedure is gone as per in court of law in india but same was not petition in court of law in us.
so, now the thing is i want to go us for mu further study as i got the admission in one of the university in the us but i didn't get the visa as they told my adoptive parents are there!!!
so, is there any way that i can use this adoption for going us???
if is there any way by that my adoptive parents can do something for me to call me there???
